EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

• Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags and original packaging intact.
• Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Proof of purchase is mandatory.

CHARGES

• Reverse Pickup: ₹199
• Re-delivery (Exchange): ₹199
• Processing Time: 10–12 working days
• For prepaid orders, store credits will be issued after deducting shipping pickup charges.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Received a damaged product? Email us within 24 hours with a photo and unboxing video.
• For partial or incorrect orders, notify us within 48 hours along with an unboxing video.
• Customers must record a short photo/video while packing the return and handing it over to the pickup agent for verification and security.
